Hofborg has approximately 50 NPC residents living in the town and working at the temple. The Saebjorn has another 40 oarsmen NPCs who come and go with the ship. A number of the NPCs are represented in game with various ESO house guests. Each incarnation of a house guest is its own NPC with its own name and personality
Rigurtson Brothers
The Rigurtsons, no relationship to Rigurt the Brash, are a family of Nord from Eastmarch who got into some trouble with the law and fled to Hofborg, never revealing the cause of the trouble to any. There are a number of the brother's living in Hofborg.
- Ari Rigurtson works at the carpentry store in the Borg and is rather serious with one of the Keldora sisters.
