Current List of Proposed Street areas.

Borg Street 1

Borg Street 2

Two lanes in the Borg which will be home to styles in keeping with the Rift and Eastmarch; i.e. Autumn's Gate, Grymharth's Woe, and MistvielOld Mistveil Manor.

Village Street 1

Nestled just outside of the village walls is a small cul de sac of various workshops. The small neighborhood is home to many tinkers, smiths and tanners who are not welcome in any abundance in the town proper due to the potential for explosions, burning embers and noxious fumes.

Village Street 2

Two lanes in the village which will also be for Eastmarch and Rift style, one of which is a "tinker and other workshop" specific lane, the other is for homes that are a "bit farther out" and be nice if the name gave that impression.

Dock Street 1

The craggy rock strew coastline east of the main Hofborg docks is strewn with narrow towers and defunct lighthouses. Many of them are more then an hour apart from each other; consider taking one of the small skiffs to visit.

Suitable for nordified Snow Globe Homes and similar custom structures.

Dock Street 2

West along the coast from Hofborg's main docks lies another set of docks in need of repairs. Small homes dot the landscape perched above the cascading river falls. Many of the smaller docks and private homes lie within a short boat ride to Hofborg, while at least one or more are nearly conjoined and considered part of Hofborg's Brigg-bottom.

Suitable for (reduced) homes build in the Forgemaster's fall. Full use of the entire clan hall in the Forgemaster will require suitable fiction that includes more than one actual player.

Dock Street 3

A rabbit warren of narrow streets, shops and private homes the back alleys of Brigg-Bottom are built in a style more familiar in High Rock, heavy stone and Tudor being the predominent building materials of these converted warehouses, many of which haven't been used in decades.

Suitable for homes in the style of Rosey Lion, Captain Margaux's, Ravenhurst and the Gardner House. (As ESO doesn't offer matching building assets for this style of home, custom homes are unlikely to fit the style.)

Dock Street 4

Given the far reaching nature of Orc clans and the nearby Mor Khazgur it should come as no surprise that Orcish architecture is dotted along the northern foot of Thyrrfjell. As you follow the narrow mountain pass up from the docks you will discover smaller homes and keeps ready for restoration.

Suitable for orc style homes such as Mournoth Keep and Hammerdeath Bungalow. (The Forsaken Stronghold is too large for a private personal home unless significantly reduced.)

Spirit Wood Street 1

Branching off from the Spirit Woods is a narrow gate that leads one farther away from Hofborg proper and deeper into the heart of Western Skyrim where the style of home is evocative of Solitude's stone walls, heavy wooden posts and wood planking.

Suitable for homes in the style of Western Skyrim such as the Antiquarian's Alpine Home and other custom builds using Solitude building assets.
