- The Bunkhouse boasts accommodations for up to 40 individuals, mostly consisting of Saebjorn crewmembers and laborers of Hofbprg. There are plenty of beds for heads as well as room to leisure and bathe. Additionally the Quartermaster's desk is housed within where logistics and inventory are maintained.
- Just outside the Bunkhouse a training area awaits those looking to hone their fighting skills in their downtime. From friendly sparring within the stone arena, to archery and axe throwing practice, to pummeling and poking the training dummy, the Saebjorn crew and Hofborg’s able-bodied citizens keep their skills sharp to defend the town.
