Nestled high above a thriving little sea port lies the Nord temple known as the Motherhouse. A regal structure dedicated to the Nord pantheon and medicinal arts -- the Motherhouse is a point of attraction for clergy, holy warriors, and healers.

The outpost known simply as Hofborg, which lies north east of Windhelm in Giant's Run along the banks of Slaughterfish Bay, is currently under the guardianship of a sea-faring crew known as The Saebjorn. The Saebjorn crew has been given the responsibility of running the town which functions as a "somewhat shady" location on the outskirts of Eastmarch. Rumors have it that the Saebjorn crew is not as above board as the Pact higher ups would like, but so far they have garnered no charges of piracy, smuggling or kidnapping.

On the road leading into Hofborg is a wooded region known as the Spirit Wood which hosts a few homes and farms, as well as the Hammer of Atmora hall. The hall is home to a group of companions, a lawful good company of warriors who protect and defend the Skyrim ideal.
